1.1

Measure and mark the recommended dimensions of the selected CarKiss.

If the license plate is present, use its edges as a reference for the measurements.

1.2

Measure and mark the recommended dimensions of the selected CarKiss.

If the license plate is not present, mark the center of the bumper as a reference point so you can measure and mark the bumper in two halves.

2.1

Take the masking tape.

Place one end of the CarKiss on the hood to use it as a support point.

The CarKiss must be positioned covering the protruding area of the bumper closest to the markings.

Take the masking tape.

Place one end of the CarKiss on the hood to use it as a support point.

The CarKiss must be positioned covering the protruding area of the bumper closest to the markings.

3

Rest your knee on the other end, without covering the last slot of the CarKiss.

4

Take about 45 centimeters of masking tape.

Twist it tightly and stretch it until it forms a cord approximately 6 centimeters long.

5

Insert the created cord into the last slot of the CarKiss and stick it to the bumper.

6

Repeat the process from step three for the other end of the CarKiss.

If necessary, the CarKiss may be slightly angled.

The important thing is to position it on the protruding part of the bumper, as close to the markings as possible.

7

Access the inside of the bumper.

8

Clean and dry the area using separate cloths.

To ensure it dries properly, wait at least 7 minutes before applying the adhesive.

9

Test the placement to avoid errors.

With your fingers between the magnet and the bumper, hold the magnet approximately 7 mm away.

Move it horizontally and vertically, feeling the magnetic force, until you locate the center of the magnetic field.

Once located, release the magnet.

10

Check, by closing the bumper, whether the magnet touches anything inside.

If so, close the bumper and verify whether you can insert the screws.

11

Clean and dry the magnetic side of the magnet.

12

Apply the adhesive to the magnetic side of the magnet and press on all areas for 5 seconds.

13

Remove the adhesive backing.

As you peel it off, use another finger to guide the adhesive so it remains on the magnet.

Reinstall the bumper.
